  • Renting party supplies with KS Rentals is super easy, and you’ve got options. You can give us a call to chat with our team and place your order, or just drop us an email if that’s easier for you. Or, if you want to keep it simple, start by browsing our wide selection of tables, chairs, linens, decor, and more. When you see what you like, just add it to your cart.

    As you add items, you’ll pick your rental dates—when you want the stuff delivered (pickup date/time) and when you’ll return it. You can always tweak those dates later by clicking on your cart.

    Most rentals are for 1 day, but if you want to keep things longer, no problem.

    When you’re ready to check out, you can create an account or just continue as a guest. Having an account makes it easier for us to keep track of your rentals, recommend what you might like, and send you special discounts—but it’s totally up to you.

  • Yes! In addition to renting event equipment, we also sell tables, chairs, lighting, and a variety of other event accessories. Whether you need items for one event or want to purchase for ongoing use, we can help you find the right products.

  • You are responsible for any damage or stains to rental items while they are in your care. We automatically add a 10% damage protection fee to your invoice unless you decline it before delivery by email. This protection covers up to $150 of damage and half of any additional repair costs; you would be responsible for the remaining balance. If you choose to decline damage protection, you will be fully responsible for all repair or replacement costs. Additionally, cleaning fees apply if linens, dishware, or other items are returned stained or dirty. Please note that damage caused by misuse, failure to secure items properly, theft, or weather is not covered by the damage protection and will be your responsibility.

  • We understand plans can change! Last-minute additions are possible but subject to availability. Because we schedule delivery and setup in advance, adding items close to your event date may incur extra fees or might not be possible if our inventory or schedule is fully booked. To ensure you get everything you need, it’s best to finalize your order as early as possible. If you need to add something last minute, just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes! We charge a $125.00 flat rate for deliveries within 15 miles of zip code 49534. For locations beyond 15 miles, the delivery fee is $125.00 + $1.50 per mile (round trip) based on the event address.

    Typically, deliveries and setups happen on Thursdays or Fridays, and tear downs and pickups are scheduled for Mondays. Please note that we do not perform setups on weekends or same-day breakdowns without an additional service charge.

  • To cancel, please notify us in writing via email. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees depend on how close to your event you cancel:

    • More than 2 days before delivery: 50% of the rental cost is non-refundable
    • By 4pm the day before delivery: 60% non-refundable
    • After 4pm the day before delivery up to event day: 80% non-refundable
    • If equipment has already been delivered or is off the truck: 100% non-refundable

    Refunds are processed within 10 business days after cancellation.

  • Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental and hold the items requested. The full payment is due 15 days before your event. If the order is placed within 15 days prior to the event date, the full balance is due upon placing the order. Please contact us for more details regarding deposit amounts and payment options.
