• Weekend rentals are covered under our Friday–Monday window.
• This means: If your event falls on the weekend, our team either delivers Friday (or you can pick up Friday), and all items are picked up or returned Monday. You are only charged for one day, even if your event is Saturday or Sunday.

Yes we do! We’re a full-service event rental company, so in addition to tents, we also provide tables, chairs, lighting, staging, flooring, and other accessories to complete your event setup. Whether it’s a small gathering or a large celebration, we’ve got you covered with everything you need in one place.

If any rental items like tables, chairs, linens, or décor are damaged or stained while in your care, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Here’s how it works:

--A 10% damage protection fee is automatically added to your invoice (unless you decline it by email before delivery).

This fee covers:

--Up to $150 in accidental damage

--50% of repair/replacement costs above that amount

--If you decline damage protection, you’re fully responsible for 100% of any repair or replacement.

Additional notes:

--Cleaning fees apply if linens, dishware, or other items are returned stained, soiled, or with candle wax, food, or debris.

--Damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather, or theft is not covered by damage protection and will be your responsibility.

We recommend reviewing your coverage and caring for all items as if they were your own to avoid any unexpected fees.

Yes — we understand that plans can change! Last-minute rental changes or additions are possible, but they depend on inventory availability and our delivery schedule.

Here’s what to know:

--Additions made within 48 hours of your event may incur a rush fee

--If we’re already fully booked or the item is unavailable, we may not be able to accommodate the change

To avoid last-minute stress, we recommend finalizing your event rental order early, especially during busy seasons in West Michigan (like graduation and wedding season).

Yes — KS Rentals offers delivery and setup services for all of our event rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, and accessories.

We charge a flat $125.00 delivery fee for events within 50 miles of zip code 49534 (Grand Rapids area).

For locations beyond 15 miles, the delivery fee is $125.00 + $1.50 per mile (round trip) based on the event address.

Delivery Schedule

Standard delivery and setup days: Thursdays and Fridays

Standard pickup and teardown: Mondays and Tuesdays

Weekend setups or same-day breakdowns may be available for an additional service charge, depending on our crew's availability.

To cancel, please notify us in writing via email. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees depend on how close to your event you cancel:

--More than 2 days before delivery: 50% of the rental cost is non-refundable

--By 4pm the day before delivery: 60% non-refundable

--After 4pm the day before delivery up to event day: 80% non-refundable

--If equipment has already been delivered or is off the truck: 100% non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after cancellation.

To reserve your event rental items, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your requested inventory and holds your event date.

Full payment is due 15 days prior to your event.

For bookings made within 15 days of the event date, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
